Welcome to Helper 4 Home (H4H). By accessing our website or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

H4H provides a platform that connects users ("Customers") seeking home services with independent service professionals ("Providers").

• H4H acts as an intermediary and is not the direct provider of the services, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Providers are independent contractors, not employees of H4H.
• We perform background checks on Providers, but we do not guarantee the quality or safety of their work beyond our H4H Guarantee policy.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Pricing: Prices for services are listed on the platform and may vary based on location, time, and scope of work.
• Payment: You agree to pay for all services booked through H4H. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally, cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee.

5. H4H Guarantee

We stand by the quality of services booked through our platform. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must report the issue within 24 hours. H4H may, at its discretion, offer a re-service or a refund up to the amount paid for the service. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by force majeure or pre-existing conditions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or harm Providers or other users.
• Bypass the platform to book Providers directly (disintermediation) to avoid fees.
• Post false or misleading reviews.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H4H shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
